What is HYROX?
HYROX is a standardized fitness race format that combines functional strength exercises with running. Each race consists of eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional workout station. These stations include movements like sled pushes and pulls, burpee broad jumps, sandbag carries, rowing, SkiErg, and wall balls — all designed to test full-body strength and endurance.
HYROX is consistent across all events worldwide, which means you can measure progress and train with purpose every time you step into the gym.
